Our client is a residential developer and contractor based in Johannesburg and is 25 years old. They develop a wide range of residential property - from bachelor apartments to luxury homes - mostly in multi-unit developments throughout Gauteng.
As a Sales Executive at this company, you will be working in a highly pressurised environment. You will be required to sell a minimum of 36 units per year, many of which are off plan / development sales. As with all roles of this sort, it also requires that you work weekends at showhouses, although you will enjoy 1 weekend off a month and two weekdays leave per week. That said, top performers in this team are dedicated to working weekends and evenings, as this is when your customers are generally available - week days being comparatively slow. You will receive a competitive basic salary of R360 000 per annum, with commission of R10 000 per unit sold above the target of 36 units.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have worked previously for a developer and have specifically sold units off plan. Ideally you would have sold units in excess of R2.5 Million in value, and will present yourself accordingly. Reliable transport is of course a must, and whilst an AA candidate is preferred, we would like to hear from all residential sales specialists who fit this description. Role is immediately available.
